Cristi, a Romanian corrupt policeman, involved in a 30 million euros business with the Mafia, gets on the La Gomera island, in Spain, to learn "El Silbo", a whistling language used by the locals. This language will help him in rescuing Zsolt, a trafficker who is now in jail in Bucharest and the only one who knows where the money are hidden.
